Idk, for biker players no any regular and charge damage from this vig. for shooters sounds not very special too, a lot of stats but its cool only for players who using mixed ops and spending into all the kinds of troops at the same time. Should be must have for bulkers players with reduce damage ability. IMHO

Saying it increases by percentage is misleading. Let's say I have h.p. that's 300 then I upgrade it by so called 10 percent. It only increases by 10 points not 10 PERCENT which would be 30 points.
