If you have Amazon prime they literally will send you a new one if it doesn’t work as intended and you get to keep the other. Happened with my brother with a tv as well. Took the other tv to a repair store and got it fixed for $50. Now he’s got 2 tvs for the price of 1 at any store
The flip side of this is that amazons customer service policies usually cover your butt when manufacturers make crappy products. I love exodus as a company. I’ve spent hours watching and listening to you guys. But I’m a low-middle-class dude with big hunting dreams so Amazon cameras seem to be the way to go right now. If if ever makes more sense financially to buy from you guys, I will in a heart beat. Until then, I’ll continue offering my screen time
I’m actually an Amazon delivery driver and I would advise all of you to not order electronics in general off Amazon!!! Our warehouse workers throw EVERYTHING I’ve watched them throw flatscreen TVS And you can just hear it crunch when it hits then the driver gets blamed.. trust me only use Amazon for things that aren’t fragile or electronic!!
