Pile 3: this was so spot on in terms of shadow work- I am currently working on what I consider to be some of the most harmful and compulsive patterns and moving to conscious action...like deleting programs which do me harm instead of good and I know this is a slow, gradual process with many layers- like peeling an onion....but I know it can be done and that it's worthwhile.
Plus the comment on energy work was on point I have regularly started doing kriya(energy) yoga as sadhana( spiritual practice) as well as taking another seperate course on energy... and I often tell my mom I wish I could shift out of the city to a not so crazy cemented space and I visited a place 2 years back and just loved its chillax vibe...so here is keeping my fingers crossed🤞
