Awful experience with Nothing. I purchased Nothing Phone 1 in Jan 2023. It stopped working (switched off) all of a sudden in Aug 2023. Went to one of their authorized service centres in Bengaluru to get it repaired. The technicians/executives over there were so adamant that they were just giving excuses. They delayed the repair and were fooling around for more than 15 days. I had to get the device back and repair it at a local shop near my place. To me, Nothing is nothing. Just a waste of my hard-earned money spent on a company that has a horrible after-sales service and doesn't give a crap about customers.

Same bro phone 1 had microphone/ upper speaker issues here in Mumbai within less than 6 months of purchase and service centre experience was also bad
