we have problem about punchees .we used punchess fette on kikusui machine press tablet , and for life time verry short under 1 year we change . how to improve life time puncheess .?

as I understand with die punches, you need to have extra sets to be able to replace damaged dies on the go. additionally having a more lubricated and better flowing mix will help on the general wear. additionally if youre running your machine too hard aka over compressing / overfilling and compressing too hard that will shorten life span. lubricant is everything in all mechanics.
