Throw away the stock plastic prop.....and move your batteries back about 2" if you can....a 3 blade brass prop will definitely help that boat out

I think you need to change that prop. Different pitch or bigger prop. It cavitates almost the whole time. Other than that it’s awesome and hugs the water really good!!!

PS:Maybe the boat is a bit to deep in water. Of cause it souldn't be too easy (because the curves) but a little?
Tape ensures 100% hatch seal. you want nothing less. Also, this is a hydro with a turn fin only on the right sponson. Right hand turns only, otherwise it will be very unstable.
I was never really convinced with this kind of boats, just because their aerodinamics, they seem to start flying and make loopings in mid air at high speeds... In fact I´ve seen some crashes in competitions happening this way. Anyways, nice video, and nice boat

you need to mount the propeller lower thats why it drove itself under water
This is standard practice with fast electrics. You want them TOTALLY waterproof!!
is it supposed to go under water like that whenever it slows down? think you need to shift some weight, that boat should be dancin' on the water, it should be catching air for how fast it is...which is bad too though. damn that thing is fast. what upgrades did you do to it?

I have a impulse 26 with a 1800 kv brushless motor and a 60 amp brushless esc, my question is of it is okay I the motor and esc are kind of warm after I run it, or is water cooling system supposed to keep it completely cool??

Can I get the GPS coordinates to this place and also a club name so I can Google or look on FB. I just bought the Rockstar 48. I use to have the UL1 but you have nose it down then pinch every time. Otherwise a nice boat

but, hell no spartan are not the worst RTR boat.
I have both the UL1 superior aqua craft and the Spartan rc and they are both Awesome but the Spartan is super fast with 2 Lipo batteries 5000mah 3 cell 11.1 and the UL-1 7.4 5000mah Lipo batteries and they are both awesome boats 🚤💨💨💨 👍🏻

It's a Hydroplane, they are designed to almost fly out of the water while at speed, so they are top heavy when moving slowly. Otherwise they would flip over too easy.

i'm no expert, but i don't think it's an issue with weight balancing, the style of hull on that boat is for speed, so the faster he goes the higher it lifts out of the water
It would possibly help if he'd learn how to drive an rc boat properly, I mean he's all over the place stopping then going then turning left then right. He's driving it like an rc car. If it had reverse he'd probably be doing that too. Just get it up on a plane and make right turn patterns already. Jeees, painful to watch so I stopped after about 30 seconds. Just my .02, to each his own I guess.

That reminded me when I took out a rc boat ounce a year at the National harbor the last 3 years. Ripped it off once each but was asked to stay from the rocks to retrieve it LOL. NO Signs yet got a raft, wanna rock in dc hit me I got a few good spots but the harbor I Need rc boat friends and lets record. ps I need to find out about the new reflecting pool guidelines when its ready.

Since you seem to have many boats, perhaps you can tell me which one handles best for choppy water. the Aquacraft UL-1 or the Motley Crew? All the videos i see of the UL-1 seem to bounce side to side. Could this just be a balance issue?
