I simply don't tire of this movie. Reminds me of where I live...Gatlinburg, TN. The simple life. I'll die here. But not to worry, then I'll be in another body and restart...here.
The greatest 1 liners in any movie. "A MANS GOTTA MAKE A LIVING....DYIN AINT MUCH OF A LIVIN BOY", "you boys going to pull them pistols or whistle Dixie", one of the greatest westerns of all time.
THIS is my all time favorite movie! I can't even say what i like best about it. that's because there are too many great aspects about it that i can't name only one. I love Chief Dan George's character - Lone Waddy. He made the movie as much as Clint Eastwood did. It's a shame that this video cut out the entire segment with Ten Bears. That was such a cool scene! I also regret not seeing the segment with the Comancheros. I guess if you're going to cut it all down to 12 minutes, something has to go. But I say, anyone that hasn't seen this movie, needs to go see it right now.
Thanks for sharing, well said about this movie. The Ten Bears scene was cut on purpose since he has nothing to do with this short clip about a story of a civil war soldier. Chief Dan George's character is enough to represent that culture, we just don't need a colorful culture parade in this 12 mins. 🕹🎉
You do understand this is just a bad ass Clint Eastwood movie? Has nothing to do with slavery at all even if the guy who wrote the original book was a racist

Gatlinburg, beautiful, peaceful, and joyful place.

Well... there was that OTHER line... "Buzzards gotta eat... same as worms." LOL
Only Clint Eastwood could play this movie
Well put together. Fantastic movie. Definitely in Clint's top five.
That Guy at the Riverbanks sneakin up with his Brother, thats Uncle Leo. HELLO!
Spot on 🕹🎉
Uncle leo!😂😂😂@@motionattached
Hello Josey, ha ha!!
Jerry! You ratted on me!!
And Captain Red Leg that came out of the tent is the hillbilly boy that made Ned Beatty squeal like a pig in Deliverance
The very best of Eastwood's westerns, IMO. Unforgiven is a close second, Pale Rider third.

With the great Chief Dan George!
Based on the book Gone To Texas.

“When I get to liking som1, they’re not around for long” I notice when you get to DISliking someone they’re not around for very long either
Always thought it was mean when he spit chaw on the dogs head
Yeah, but that was part of his getting ready to kill someone. LOL
💯🖤
Some say a civil war is coming. Hahaha it's going to be a new REVOLUTION ARY WAR .
End of "Shane" ripped offish. Well done synopsis.
Thanks. 🕹🎉
You do understand that this “fine” movie supports a cause that enslaved men, women and children?
It is just about a soldier's story, even that was based on a fiction novel.
