Hi! I opened My sushumna, and had ida and pingala equilibrated between my eyebrowns, but afther a traumatic event, they went down to muladhara and sushumna got closed again. I was terryfied, i felt like dying. Can i open sushumna again? Thanks! 🧡🙏🕯️ God bless you!
