I love the way Jason looks so good holding Michael in his arms & the way he talked to him at the window! Jason is so good taking care of baby! He is so good to being a great Daddy figure all these years! Even now in 2019!
So much irony in this scene. Bobbie who at this point is shaky with Bobbie let's her in & the baby is crying & bobbie tells her to check him feed him go see him. Just like 10 years later when carly came by to see Robin & heard emma crying & asked Robin to go check her feed her or pick her up & carly & robin were not enemies anymore but shaky. I have to give carly credit instead of throwing ppd in Robin's face she held Emma & was actually very sweet to her talking about how pretty she was & that she prayed for a little baby girl. She went to Patrick not to rat on Robin but to tell him of her concerns bc of her own ppd. Robin was always viscious to & about carly saying her ppd was just her selfishness & laziness while carly never threw that in her face & instead of ignoring it she went to Patrick so he could help her. Robin was still an immature judgmental brat here. She had no right to judge ppd & say it was an act. She also threatened to tell aj to carly & finally did bc she was spiteful. She had no problem not telling aj when she jason ^ mikey played house while carly was at ferncliff. As soon as carly got out the aj threats came again to keep carly in line. Robin lied for a few months that Patrick was not Emma's dad & some sperm donor. It was not until he confronted her after she had a weak moment that she told him. Then for months said he wasnt going to be near her chikd bc he was honest b4 she got pregnant he did not want kids but spent months saying he wanted to be a dad & Robin kept repeating u dont want kids & he said he did not but now that it was happening ge changed his mind. Carly could have thrown all that in Robin's face. See robin never experienced certain things yet. Never judge people bc you have not been in their shoes. The hair & makeup people did a really good job with sarah browns hair & make up. She looks great. Also in real life she was pregnant so maybe she has that pregnancy glow. Its interesting that sarah in early 97 & 98 got two month long breaks.
Bobby was a wise lady when it came to knowledge, but she was unwise when it came to Carly. She really should have just backed off. She should have known that Carly was uncomfortable with her.
Carly still had PPD and did not liked her mother at all or Robin.the reason that Carly listen to Jason was because they has lots of sex that was a big part of it to also she know how to make Jason do things for her which was sad,, not right because he hated that about people and he let Carly get away with it a lot when when he was with his love Robin
If sex was the only reason Jason did things for Carly then Jason would have never known Michael. Robin didn't act like much a lover by taking away Jason's choices and decisions by going behind his back and trying to force him, then she runs away from the chaos she makes of Jasons life.

People dismissed Carly's post partum depression as if it was not real and it was....but it was easier for them to judge her.
PPD doesn't improve just because you hold your baby. Jason made a very good point
