My theory’s is that when you are probing, you will get a random notification that will say “signature detected” and a rare anomaly will appear or it will be applied to a player station and the player station will defend itself from a chosen player but you will need the player tag of your enemy’s in order to let your player station know who to defend against. There’s will be a notification saying “signature detected” on the enemy’s screen and this theme will play. Maybe you dont need a player tag but instead a chosen enemy faction. I am excited to see what the future is for starscape!

It really should be used as a boss theme, heck they need to rework the combat music entirely, literally the majority of combat is the same handful of tracks, with the only differences being the crystal ships and battleships, and even they share a track aside from the drone battleship. Each empire should have its own battle theme for its battleships, to symbolize them as different cultures. Plus drones and pirates should not share the same track, as both have completely different styles in fighting and lore backstories, its rather boring and repetitive to have to hear the same tracks for nearly every fight in the game.

Making all inner-core unsecure systems into policed systems(that you mentiones earlier) without touching the ore rates, as this would be great for players, who arent ready for wild mining yet, but are bored mining the same inferior crap in secure systems
the dev has left us in the dark for almost a year, and fired all of the developers so there is damn near 0 chance the game will get any updates. really sad
Maybe for a drone/faction event when waves of enemies are warping into a core system and the players have to defend the station, possibly the theme for the battleship arrival.
