In our latest Euro Football Daily Explained we look at how Germany is producing some of the very best managers in the world. Hansi Flick, Thomas Tuchel and Jurgen Klopp have all won the Champions League in the past 3 seasons, meanwhile Julian Nagelsmann has become the head coach at Bayern Munich aged just 34. Everything suggests he could become the latest German to lift the European cup with Die Roten this term.
We explore why the Bundesliga champions young managers, the changes at the turn of the century that lead to a complete shift in the German Football Associations footballing philosophy, and how their licensing process to become a top qualified coach caters towards world class talent. Finally we discover what lessons the Premier League and the rest of the footballing community could learn from Germany’s methods!

Nagelsman retired early and was a kit man for Hoffenheim before becoming one of the most exciting manager in Germany and the Bundesliga. Klopp, Flick and Tuchel are the last three managers to win the Champions league and they are German.
