  • In this episode we're taking a 1957 MG MGA Mark I (1500 cc BMC B-Series engine) for a scenic drive to Iseo Lake in Northern Italy. Famous for the Riva boats, is there a better place to take a classic barchetta? Driving this iconic British roadster lakeside on a Sunday morning makes you feel like Grace Kelly or any other Hollywood star from the 1950s!
Soundtrack by Ritchie Everett ('Bachelor on the Move').

I am new to your channel. I love your choices of material and your presentations! I have always been interested in the design jump from the "TD" style to the MGA. I drove an 1100 as a teenager. A whole different thing, but I loved it!

Great editing, wonderful soundtrack and the nicest young expert in classic cars. Mr. Kidston is not so happy about his future! 😂

Like to hear the engine and not the music

Nothing mythical about MGA’s . My Art teacher had one in the 1960’s. 👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

@@growingupwithclassiccars It was Iris Blue. By then as with cellulose paint faded and flat.Quite old in 1969. Probably with the addition of B.M.C. rust spots. A Mr. Lambert. 👍🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇮🇹
