Hello Sir, thank you for delivering many videos on scrum Master and Product owner. What is the future of Scrum Master and salary trend? I'm awaiting your prompt response. Thank you again.
in my view, the salary depends on overall quality of experience and you can get some idea on same with the help of websites like payscale, here you can explore : www.payscale.com/research/IN/Job=ScrumMaster/Salary
Thanks for posting that video. One question though, I am PSM certified and confused between PMI agile or PMP certification. What should I opt for? Thanks 🙏🏻
First of all thanks for your videos. Now I am little bit confuse about where should I start basically. I have depth knowledge in Software Manual Testing but I want to be a Business Analyst. Would you please guide me which certification course should I get first? Thanks in advance 🙏
Thank you!! Kanan. for exploring our videos You can start with PMI-PBA. In case you have three years of experience, you are eligible for it. For more details, please visit: www.izenbridge.com/pmi-pba/online-course/ You can write to us at sales@izenbridge.com to discuss further.
Hi , I have 3 yesrs of experience as a developer but i want to move towards business analyst or product manager. Could you plese tell how can i start my journey as a business analyst or product manager.
I think you need to develop Knowledge and Skills for your target job, knowledge can be acquired by attending training like CSPO to start with, and skill can be acquired by helping your current Business Analyst or Product Owner in doing their job. We do run CSPO sessions and this can be good first step : www.izenbridge.com/agile-and-scrum/cspo-certification-training/
Thanks for reaching out for your query!! We need a discussion to understand your role at work and career aspirations before suggesting next certificate. Please write to sales@izenridge.com to schedule a discussion.
Hello sir I have completed my PMP training I am preparing for exam and aiming to give it in next few months, meanwhile since it’s short course can I go for CSM Certification also?
My suggestion is , if SAFe is the framework which is in use in your organization and you aspire to become RTE at some point in time, doing SAFe Advance Scrum Master is great idea. If you aspire to do more of project management than choice can be Disciplined Agile , if you wish to get into Agile Coaching than choice can ICP-ACC. if needed we can arrange discussion with our lead trainer on this topic with you.
