Good god. Matty you absolutely popped off with another incredible 2000 AD video. Really loved your interpretation of the Dark Judges being modern concepts of living in cramped apartment complexes. I was absolutely hooked. Wow!

Dredd/Batman crossover when Death gets loose in Gotham. The 2 page spread when Death gets dosed by Scarecrow is glorious. A story to be enjoyed as in the same way as a palette cleansing lemoncello after a good meal.

Batman and judge dread had a crossover? Now that sounds interesting. I’ve always seen him as the true opposite of Batman, not the punisher like so many people say. Batman is someone who breaks the law for good, while judge dread follows the law even when it causes him to do evil. Batman at the end of the day is a pacifist, it’s always a big deal when he kills someone (at least in the good adaptations), while judge dread is as belligerent as “the law” allows him to be and will routinely go on massacres. I’m honestly curious in what setting, in what situation, in what way do those two interact?

I think you described fear greatly this is actually what anxiety is like the worst part of an anxiety attack at least for myself is that I know it’s not real or at least that I’m freaking out over nothing but there’s not a thing you can do about it it’s exactly like being locked in room with no windows there’s no escape until it just subsides on it own

I wouldn't go so far as to say full-blown evil. I think possibly stopping kids from having free books during a worldwide crisis is a bit more evil than platforming an idiot. But it's all very disappointing, I agree.

@@MattyStokedSo it's idiotic for a domestic abuse survivor to want to keep men out of women's spaces? I'd stick to the comic books mate, politics isn't for you.

@@boing615 excuse my lack of articulation on a comment underneath a TH-cam video. I don't like JK Rowling, what she stands for or Hatchette's support for her. She is a transphobic peddler of hatred. And supporters of transphobia or bigotry have no place here.

@@MattyStokedYou clearly have no idea what she stands for otherwise you wouldn't be calling her a bigot. You're parroting what your friends say without any thought and that is dangerous. It isn't safe to let men into women's spaces and sports and it isn't ethical to be sterilising children over a mental health issue.

Great vid buddy - my older brother started reading 2000ad and StarLord back in the late 70's, I was too young to fully understand but picked up the bug in the 80's and I collected every prog until the mid-late 90;s - great comic and stories - subbed and liked 👍

Thanks for sharing that, it's always great to meet a long-term fan! You dropped out in the 90s then?
