The reason for the 15 not going past the Town Centre in Minehead is due to route length as it no longer goes to Bridgwater Bus Station as of December 24 and fun fact the 14 is also ran by Minehead depot with the driver running dead out to shurton in the morning and dead back to Minehead in the evening

In my opinion, the 15 bus should be an all day service from Monday to Saturday.
I think that should be the case as well
I also agree as would be so helpful to me living in Minehead as my only route atm is to get a 28 to Taunton then a 21
