this is not a döner kebap! -Döner Kebap is served in a halfed triangular cut of super fluffy turkish flatbread. what you are showing here is a dürüm - thats when you wrap the filling into a tortilla. Also: the sauce is not mixed with the salad beforehand. it's added to the bread / wrap later. Potatoes/fries also don't have a place inside a döner kebap.
