I saw this recipe and thought, "Man, I have to try that!" Bruno's recipes are not only delicious, they are Beautiful too. Having just put down my knife and fork, I came to the computer to say that if you ever want to serve a spectacular breakfast to someone, this is it! It is decadent and oh so delicious. Add in Mimosa and a cup of strong black coffee and your guests will be talking about this meal from now until forever.
I made this today to impress my husband and to also test out when inviting friends for a special breakfast and we truly felt as though we were eating something from a super fancy restaurant. I added some crab to it and it was out of this world!!! So glad I found your channel. Thank you!!!

Use large tuna cans. Cheaper. Make Mornay in one pan add chopped spinach. One dirty pot to clean instead of 3. We used to serve this when I worked in a French restaurant as an apprentice. If you dirtied 3 pots they'd throw you out.
A must try. i love chicken and spinach pie....so i can't think of why i wouldn't like pre-chicken and spinach tart with a different cheese . i could steal/use all these ideas of yours!
