I found out this guy was lying about still being on the dating app. I didn’t confront him, exactly, but I gave him a chance to be truthful about it by asking a random question. He lied. I continued our hangout, then I just blocked him when I got home. I’m not going to make a scene, even if it’s just us two… there’s no point. All he’ll do is lie and try to turn things on you because of how you acted, even if it was justified. No thanks. I’m definitely the type to walk away in silence. Or a detached last message, if necessary, and move on.
