  • If you've been following along the growth in the Lake Nona area, you know there's been a massive plan in place that has slowly taken shape over the past 10 years or so. Now it seems like things are in hyperdrive with so much growth coming to the area. Jobs, real estate, commercial development, and more, all coming in 2023 and beyond!
    Thinking of buying or selling a home in the Lake Nona area and beyond? My team would love to help! Email me at info@pozekgroup.com to get started.

    My wife and I busted Lake Nona earlier this year and stayed at the Wave Hotel. You did a video last year on the hotel and I would not stop until I got a reservation there and got to experience the hotel and the garden for myself. I love everything that’s going on in Lake Nona!

    I like the idea that it’s near the airport and that it has bicycle paths and some walk ability but I’m wondering is it very loud with the planes taking off ? I don’t mind a bit of noise, but I don’t want to go deaf in my early age.

    My wife and I actually moved from NY to Lake Nona in 2020 and we did it on a whim. No regrets but the traffic is pretty crazy here and people drive like morons.
    While the growth is very impressive, they need to find ways to create a safe environment for pedestrians/bikers.

    Laureate Park 2 was supposed to have a whole bunch of stuff completed by now, but it still looks like all unfinished houses. I believe they're deliberately slowing down construction b/c they're not selling well.
    Negotiate hard, my friends.

    • @mastergundam123
      @mastergundam123 ปีที่แล้ว

      Gotta love the wannabe conspiracy theorists who talk trash just because they cannot afford the area.
      Each wave of lots available in Laureate Park 2 literally got sold out within minutes. People are literally in queues to be able to live in Laureate Park, arguably the best place to live in Orlando. Sales stats are available. No need for conspiracies.

    • @Rothbardo
      @Rothbardo ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mastergundam123 you can drive through the new phase right now and look at the homes described as quick move ins last year. They’re still for sale.
      To be fair, maybe I'm getting the phase number incorrect? Is it phase 3? I'm referring to the area behind Isles of Lake nona that's currently under construction.

    • @mastergundam123
      @mastergundam123 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Rothbardo That has nothing to do with the area. The global economy is in the shitter and mortgage rates are much higher than they were even 2 years ago.
      Laureate Park zip code is a top performing in the area and property values keep going up. Those that believed in the are have made a ton of money already. Some have made well double their investment.
      Tavistock knows how to build great value.

    • @Rothbardo
      @Rothbardo ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@mastergundam123 that doesn’t sound like a coherent response for any considering purchasing in the new phase.
      They ARE slowing down construction and they can’t sell homes that should have been completed by now. Going off topic makes you sound less credible.
      New buyers should negotiate HARD. It’s sound advice. You haven’t explained otherwise except for generic cheerleading with no context in the current market.

    • @mastergundam123
      @mastergundam123 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Rothbardo You sound like a complete jabroni. You have literally no evidence about what you are saying, except for "I was driving nearby..." and then mixing the names of the phases. You do not even live in the area.
      There is not much negotiation to do: these are some of the most wanted lots in Orlando, and smart people know that anything that Tavistock touches becomes a great investment. This is not cheerleading, but data.
      There are people that bought in Laureate Park in 2018 at 300/400k who now own 1.4M houses. That is a 1M of equity in a few years, and before the new Disney Campus is even built.
      It is also true that we are now in an unprecedent economy globally, and things are slower, but quality lots are still selling at premium prices, as the market suggests. AGAIN, this data is available on the internet. Stop making up facts when you do not even live in the area. Your lack of knowledge is silly.
      If you wanna buy a Tesla, you don't go to the dealership and start crying that you don't have enough money to buy one. If something is hot, despite market conditions depending on the global economy, people will still pay full price for it.
      You are suggesting someone should "negotiate HARD" to buy some of the most wanted, desiderable real estate in Orlando, while fighting with people from all over the US and the world to buy it. God, this sounds so dumb.
      How do you people go so deep down to defend the fact you cannot afford the places you talk trash about when data says otherwise?
