I love this podcst because the topics are serious but in a casual, relatable and funny way. Those are my favorite kinds of podcasts - and I think many listeners feel the same way. Comedy podcasts are always avoiding conversations that get too deep and I think its a disservice and a missed opportunity. I fell in love with Tigerbelly after Bobby talked about getting SA'd by a man (now I'm not sure if that's real but besides the point haha) but it got heavy but still some jokes and I loved that. now RIP Jordan Jensen is scratching that trauma dumping itch for me.
You made me realize after 28 years what my issue with sex is.. everything you said about the disassociation with sex affecting you current sex life is my problem as well.. you just finally put it into words for me.. on the first episode I've ever watched.. I'm a recovering addict as well. thanks Jordan I love you

I keep getting constipated when I’m anxious and it’s driving me crazy because I have to somehow calm down before I can poop but I feel like I can’t calm down until I poop. 😭

When the reality is: "I'm going to see how much people struggle with their mentals--even when they're smart and talented and try really hard."

Not sure what that material is but it’s got a glare magic-eye effect to it that’s harsh. Didn’t hate the blue walls from last time! Either way, love this podcast 😊

Weird lol, I also grew up extremely poor in an abandoned looking house, my dad was also a painter. Houses and such. My mom married a wealthier man later on and we lived middle class from 13-20. Strange how we have those parallels.
