In our time in Old Town, we found the Thai Hua Museum, was a great place to explore and we was the ONLY ones in Museum.

Thai Hua Museum is located on Krabi Road in Phuket Town. It was built in 1917 and was formerly a school first called ‘Phuket Huabun School’, and later ‘Ratjunhua School’, but now it turns to be a beautiful museum, one of the most beautiful in town. The building got a citation from the Association of Siamese Architects for outstanding conservation of architectural arts in 2008. The museum consists of 13 exhibition rooms sitting in a two-story British-colonial style mansion displaying the history of the first Chinese immigrants in Phuket during the tin-mining era of the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century.
The museum is divided into 15 different part, consisting of Exhibition of the land of dragons, Stream of relations, Relations of China Phuket, Kindness of brothers and sisters, Observe the past, Way of life, One era, Colors of thousand beings, Sunpin, the teacher, Chinese school, Chinese people who built the city, Inherit, Food culture, Loxin Kingdoms, Activities
