I love the Hershey pie. Been getting it for years.
I had this sandwich and I liked it. Someone said the sauce tasted like stuffing. And I think so too. It was good.
Burger King used to be one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, but both the food quality and service has really went downhill in the last 5 years.

You're spot on and this is consistent throughout the country and whichever side of town you're on in any area. No wonder so many are out of business.
My burger king is awesome and never disappoints me. But surrounding burger kings are just awful and the food is always cold and feels like nothing in the sandwich blends together.

the McDonald's where I work as soon as we run out of an item the manager immediately takes iy off the app so it can not be ordered.
The restaurant could have given you a rain check.

Your honey mustard wrap looks so much better than the one I bought.
Mine was so bad I just didn't have the ability to eat it. It consisted of a piece of chicken that looked like it had been cut off of the spicy chicken sandwich patty and saturated in honey mustard I believe I seen piece of lettuce but I can't swear to it😂 I wish I could add a photo

I refuse to use apps to order food! I don't care that they all offer deals to suck you in. If they won't take cash, then move on to the next place or go home and make lunch. :)

Darn, the pie is my favorite.
The service has been so bad at many of our BK's that their parking lots are like deserts. Many of them pushed back opening from 6am to 8am. The only thing I ever get now is the Whopper and that's even only every couple months. So stupid you can't, or the store can't. cancel the order. So many hoops to jump through. How do you: forget" to go get chicken when it's 1/4 of your menu? I wish you had a join option for your channel, because I'd like to give you somethig for this review. I'll check with the options on Tami's channel to see if there is a way. Sending love to you and Tami both for all you do. Thank you Kevin.

They should have given you a free meal to compensate you for your time and gas driving there for nothing… there should definitely be a way for them to let you know they are out of certain items before you get there… the manager could have offered you a free meal knowing the circumstance

I enjoy & appreciate your lunch reviews & your other reviews with Tami very much. you should of not had to go thru that process with the chicken the first time. Burger King should make the process easier if there is a problem with a order. I do love the Hershey sundae pie. it is my favorite dessert. I only wish that it would be sold as a whole pie in the supermarket as well.

So, just to continue my rant, I am absolutely shocked that you gave this debacle of a meal such a high score. I last went to BK to try the C'King and it was good, but now it is gone. I give entire deal a MINUS 5, but I still clicked "Like" for your review!:)
That really sucks Kevin. Really goofy and inconvenience you. They gave me honey mustard instead of my spicy with my meal. I love them but too small for me. I could eat 3 next time, I'll go. Good video for sure. Thanks for your efforts on reviewing this meal. I will give you a thumbs up for sure.

I am disappointed in Burger King overall! I agree, the chicken needs some crunch and the tomatoes need to be riper. The BK Honey Mustard as I love a sweet honey mustard and Classic are my picks, but the pie is the ultimate winner! Great review Kevin.

Ya I sometimes have to gauge whether or not the act of ordering online would actually be quicker than just walking in depending on the restaurant. Everything from serving priorities to bad service to consider.
