The movie is a masterpiece. The edit is nice too. If you let your guard down, you can appreciate it even more. It is, and will always be a beautiful and painful love story.
this is so crazy. The first time I watched that movie a year ago I couldn't stop thinking about it for days. Like I felt actually depressed- like someone I love died- for weeks. And as a non-swiftie (not anti swiftie- I just don't listen to a lot of her music anymore) I think one of the best songs ever written was cowboy like me. So in my Brokeback Mountain recovery period I listened to this song and I immediatly thought; this song belongs to this movie. So now whenever I hear this song I think of this movie and get so emotional- and now I'm shocked to see that someone made a little edit with this song and movie together. This movie ruined my life and permanently altered me and I haven't been the same since I watched it. My favorite movie of all time. I was walked aimlessly around my house feeling empty after finishing it and words can't describe the pain I felt watching the credits roll staring at it and crying.

the post-brokeback-mountain depression is so real. after watching, any time i thought of it i got a tight feeling in my chest and i felt the need to punch it, if that makes any sense. it really changed my life. now hearing “i’m never gonna love again” paired with THAT scene, i can’t help but cry
this movie has left me in a state of dismay, and i don't think i will ever truly recover def cried more over this than when my grandma (who i was EXTREMELY close with) died and i got zero closure.
this film left a void inside me. it took me months and months to be able to "go on". spoiler: I ended up tattooing a line from the movie. I thank Ennis and Jack for all this. you are in my heart forever. ❤️
