Read some comments talking of looking into each other's backyards or overcrowding - oh well, try living in cities across Asia, USA, etc. We need to figure out how to efficiently utilize LIMITED space in Africa especially because we are the youngest continent and most fertile. The estate is poorly planned in terms of plot allocation. The first thing when organising an estate, is wall fencing it. Proper allocation of plots to avoid poor architecture.
