Amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole: Under this factor, courts look at both the quantity and quality of the copyrighted material that was used. If the use includes a large portion of the copyrighted work, fair use is less likely to be found; if the use employs only a small amount of copyrighted material, fair use is more likely. That said, some courts have found use of an entire work to be fair under certain circumstances. And in other contexts, using even a small amount of a copyrighted work was determined not to be fair because the selection was an important part-or the “heart”-of the work.
Effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work: Here, courts review whether, and to what extent, the unlicensed use harms the existing or future market for the copyright owner’s original work. In assessing this factor, courts consider whether the use is hurting the current market for the original work (for example, by displacing sales of the original) and/or whether the use could cause substantial harm if it were to become widespread.

Ms E doesn't seem to be very grandmotherly to any of her grandkids outside of Tamar's son. Granted I haven't seen enough of them to say for sure outside of Kevin and lil Vince. She certainly doesn't act like a grandma to lil Kevin and when Mikey's daughter died the only one that seemed to be affected was Tracy. Ms. E surely didn't seem like she lost a grandchild

I really don’t think they could have postponed a court date in a days notice , it’s already on the docket, they would have given him a no show and that’s why she won everything. Also he should have never left home a day before court just to film .

Could it be that Toni is the true culprit behind the mistreatment of Traci? Toni has more influence on this family than it appears. I watched carefully a couple of clips where Toni seemed indifferent to Traci. The sisters kept their eyes on Toni and seemed to follow her lead. It seems to me Toni could have halted all of this behavior toward Traci but did not. Instead her scenes were orchestrated to make her look innocent while she played the sensible one. They protect Toni because she is has the moneybag & is the star of the family. They all look up to her, including the mother. All Toni had to do was say the word and they would have handled Traci differently.
Toni was critical and quietly disapproving of Traci and would try to remain neutral but would have moments of being harsh. They learnt how to look down on her and followed her lead. Toni is a perfectionist but probably thinks she’s trying to help with her critiques but it wasn’t a good look

Up until they did this show, I loved the "image" their family portrayed, and then while watching I realized they were triflin' as crap. Lost so much respect for Toni. Their mom is a lonely, miserable, hate-filled, spiteful, and bitter woman. Tamar is an entitled brat who needs to go heal and find herself, and the other two go whatever way the wind blows as long as they get something out of it. And they all have weird energy towards men, all their relationships are toxic whether it be with men, family, or friends.
I think a great point to revisit is when Tamar had a witch reading her dreams and her ex said who is she, what if she needs an offering or sacrifice, we don't know who she prays too. Check it out

After she made him feel bad because he didn't want to stay alone he quickly responded "well just check on me".. And that she said people would be calling him 24/7.. Which BTW would be very disruptive to someone trying to sleep... What he was asking for was someone to watch over him while he slept..Not peopl calling him 20 times throughout the damn night.

First off that condo that Ms E is staying in is Actually Tamar’s condo she bought back in 2008 and like 4 or five years ago she let mom move in it bc Tamar was still living in California & the reason Tamar is staying at her condo with her mom is bc her brand new home she had in LA was burglarized and vandalized so she moved into the condo in atl bc she didn’t feel safe in LA & bc she didn’t like her mom living by herself also Logan lives with Tamar full time he split his time between Tamar her mother and Vince but he primarily resides with Tamar & I know all of this bc Tamar has talked about all of this publicly on her TH-cam channel and back when she was on BIGO another thing This is why Tamar didn’t want to do this show she was the last to come on board she only did it for Traci and her mom that’s it & I don’t blame her this show is mainly focused on Towanda and Trina trying to change the narrative & it’s exhausting to watch bc Towanda is full of shit and Trina will go along with what ever Towanda does

Towanda said his seizures were induced after Tracy passed. Meaning he been having them but the stress he’s under making him have more. I watched the whole episode. U left that part out.

Why don’t they show how bad Tracy treated her sisters sometimes she come from a family with a bunch of sisters we all get a turn, Tracy was not perfect. There was times I thought she was wrong a lot. She was angry all the time over something that happened 20 years ago that she herself dead to herself by getting pregnant by the man did y’all choose to act like someone is trying to drag, and what he did was, he kept it in her mind that they were mistreating her so he can keep her away from her family. He made sure she held onto it that can cause a person to get sick.
