Don't use whole phrase as negative keyword you used use words as negative keyword. As it states Google is the phrase search has certain keywords then you should not show my ads to them. Hope this helps

Hey man, that sucks and I have opened accounts in the past where that was the case and interface looked totally different. That's unfortunately Google simply "split testing" different interfaces for different users.. HOWEVER, it's possible you might be in "easy mode" of Google Ads. Do you see a "change to expert mode" anywhere?
