I was lucky to get my hands on this piece of fixed gear history, so I decided to match it with an Aerospoke from the same timeframe. Really stoked how it came out and even more how it rides. Have any of you owned one of these frame's or aerospoke's?

Nice frame and spinny things. Overall cool. Painful posture for more than a casual ride. After building many hundreds, probably thousands, I favor holey, hard rubber grips from "10 speed" drops of the '70s. All your builds are pristine. Keep it up.

This is my first bike and it’s was easy to assemble. Great bike for beginners like myself.
I have a leader Ld 715 road bike frame. Very comfortable aluminum frame. Rides really nice. Actually sold my more expensive and lighter Fuji because the Leader feels better.
what Fuji did you have? I´m looking for a new bike between Fuji, Leader or Engine 11.

Did the Omniums bolt straight on? Got new set of Omniums for my 2011 Kagero today, but after doing a bit of digging, I found there might be some chainring/crank arm and chainstay interface problems. I’ve not got the BB yet, so can’t try it.

I really like them, really strong in my opinion. They however aren’t angled like ftwcrw and hold fast ones, but that doesn’t bother me

To avoid scratches i think
It’s a top tube protector, saves the frame from getting dented from where the Handlebars come in to contact. It’s quite common the handlebars will hit in a crash and dent the top tube

They are usually a traditional English thread 68 width. But some older frames and Italian will have different threading
