Large Sugar Factory Wraps Up Beet Harvest Season | Erlengrat Farm | Farming simulator 22 | ep

Welcome back to the Erlengrat Farm Timelapse. We're in the midst of the sugar beet harvest, deploying our ROPA 'Panther' and 'Tiger' harvesters on the current field. Once the beets are gathered, they transition to the next one. Our expansive sugar factory is operating at peak capacity, churning out finished products. To facilitate transportation, we rely on empty pallets sourced from our newly established sawmill.
The extensive beet field remains a hub of activity, featuring HOLMER TERRA VARIANT 650 accompanied by a ROPA ROOT CROP ROPA CART trailer. Handling the crop delivery are CLAAS XERION 4200 SADDLE TRAC tractors and a SCANIA HKL truck.
As the beet harvest cycle concludes, our harvesters return to the parking lot for a thorough wash, service, and any necessary repairs. Among the by-products generated in our state-of-the-art sugar facility, cut beets stand out. These are loaded onto trailers and transported to our older sugar factory for further processing.
The refined sugar undergoes packaging, being neatly bagged and palletized before finding its place on tilted trailers. Subsequently, our trucks take on the responsibility of delivering these sugar-packed pallets to point of sale.
