Interview totally depends on luck and questions asked on the spot, i have recommended twice with wearing red tie by PPSC for single seat of BPS-16, during tehsildar interview When i tried to prolong my answer with suitable explanation the chairman asked me " be brief, he didn't even give me chance to complete my answer and said tell it in one line "why we hire you," do you have any regret yes or no?? Secondly the nayar sahb asked me question about public administration which is not my academic degree, it was aslo strange that BOR member has asked 5 question which i answered correctly, but he has only 25% marks which can give you. On current affairs Russia Ukraine war was asked which everyone know, an other question was asked the role of sir syed in education which aslo everyone knows, discussing the favorite personality I gave them a very suitable answer. However they didn't recommend me .. In my opinion its your luck which has maximum share of being recommended. The information in this video is really helpful for preparation of interview rest of it depend on luck. By the way good luck to all.
Actually it's more depend on your written score....if you are lucky enough to get good score in written then I think your chances of recommendation will be increased.
