Because Diana was gifted with a spectacular larynx and pharynx at birth. On top of that she has worked tirelessly to continually improve. But they are still very appropriate and describe what is special about Diana very well. Diana has a very rare voice. She is a contralto and she is also polyphonic, which means she can produce several tones at the same time. Diana's background: Diana was born on May 31, 2003 in the Far East of Russia. She was severely abused as a small child and abandoned on the street by her birth mother in winter when she was only 3 years old with a broken collarbone. She was then taken to an orphanage where, after more than one year, she was adopted by Irina Ponik, a massage therapist. At the age of four and a half, Diana still could not speak properly. She also stuttered. Experts recommended that she take singing lessons to improve her general speaking and vocal skills. This was a new TV show in Russia. There are 9 weeks with 9 shows and 9 well known artists. Diana is the youngest artist. They had to sing songs from 9 genres. The last TV show was on 20. November 2021. The 9 artists are also the judges for the other singer. And Diana (18 yo) won the overall competition of which Diana won 4 and took 2nd place once. She shocked the other singers with the first song. Greetings from Scotland! This is 18yo Diana, she is the most unique, most impressive dramatic contralto (with polyphonic overtones) you will ever hear, now or in the future! WHY? Because Diana was gifted with a spectacular larynx and pharynx at birth. On top of that she has worked tirelessly to continually improve. Placed in an orphanage with a broken collarbone at 3yo after her birth mum tried to drown her, abandoning her in a street in winter. Her new family adopted her at nearly 5yo and she could barely speak, so took her to a speech therapist who advised she took singing lessons - 1 year later at 6yo she was doing solo performances on stage! Since then Diana has worked/sung everywhere she could. Look what that little abandoned girl has grown into now! In my opinion, the greatest singer the world has ever heard! Look up her story in Wikipedia, sad but so inspiring! Great review!

Diana has a very rare voice. She is a contralto and she is also polyphonic, which means she can produce several tones at the same time.
Diana's background: Diana was born on May 31, 2003 in the Far East of Russia. She was severely abused as a small child and abandoned on the street by her birth mother in winter when she was only 3 years old with a broken collarbone. She was then taken to an orphanage where, after more than one year, she was adopted by Irina Ponik, a massage therapist. At the age of four and a half, Diana still could not speak properly. She also stuttered. Experts recommended that she take singing lessons to improve her general speaking and vocal skills.
This was a new TV show in Russia. There are 9 weeks with 9 shows and 9 well known artists. Diana is the youngest artist. They had to sing songs from 9 genres. The last TV show was on 20. November 2021. The 9 artists are also the judges for the other singer. And Diana (18 yo) won the overall competition of which Diana won 4 and took 2nd place once. She shocked the other singers with the first song. The Crow was her masterpiece in this competition, in my opinion. The judge who stands up is the great opera singer Yusif Eyvazov and the husband of Anna Netrebko, who is world famous. He's very impressed.

I've been watching Diana's performances for a long time when she was 14 years old. But when i saw this performance i couldn't believe that it was the same singer. Of course i knew that Diana could surprise, but this performance made me crazy in a good way.

Неделю назад ей исполнилось 19 лет. Обязательно послушай песню "Ворона" на том же шоу. А также рекомендую посмотреть её клип "В небо" и песню "Реченька" на шоу "Ты супер". На том шоу были и песни на английском языке. Тогда ей было 14-15 лет, но уровень её исполнения зашкаливал и тогда. Есть много видео с её выступлениями в 10-13 лет.
