Uttarkhand domicile criteria hai if person complete 10 and 12th then they are eligible for state quota
ND delhi ka if person completed 12 th from delhi then they eligible for state quota

But in my case I ll completed my 10 delhi and 11 and 12th from Uttarkhand to asa to mei dono state eligible nhi hua aasa case meimkis state i ll get 85 percent seats..?
