    FWIW... Our Cyro/Cuff began leaking at the tube connection to the cuff. The small o-ring on the fitting that inserts into the Cuff fitting had split. I found the DANCO 96723 #6 o-ring, 7/16” O.D. X 5/16” I.D. X1/16” to be a good fit replacement. Got it at Home Despot.

    The device really helps back pain. However, it would be most helpful, if you provided better information. How to empty the cuff. Best placement for optimum relief, how many parts are there & how do they connect & where to order extra/missing parts for example.

    How do I empty the cuff?

      Lift the cuff, while connected to the tank, higher than the tank. the water will drain.
