    This was a great interview for someone like me who just started to learn about Data Science and Machine Learning and make that switch from a traditional app developer to a Machine Learning Engineer. Thanks Springboard.

    These types of videos deserve more attention,which directly provide insights from real industry engineers.There are many useless channels ranting about ml/ai/bla/bla/rappers words getting useless hype.
    Please make more of these videos....

    Brother, I don't understand one thing when anyone speaks about NLP, CV, ML they also told about software engineering. What does it mean? Does it mean if you want to be an ML engineer you have known or learn software engineering also? Is there any job of those fields whose tasks only NLP, ML, or CV not software engineering?

    • @ivoriankoua3916
      @ivoriankoua3916 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You need to be able to code first and second be able to implement the ML/DL/RL model used on this different field as NLP/CV/Recommanded System... , also you need to be able to come with the appopriate model for the required problem , if I ask you to implement a model that is able to forecast the Stock Market or Forex or just made Trade suggestion , what kind of model would you select and would you be able to code it ?

    I am 16 year old. I love Machine learning and AI. I have done some Projects on ML and DL and written about 4 blogs on Machine learning. Should I need to get into a Top Ranked University to get a High Position Job in Companies. I wish to study Undergrad and get Work Experience. But I saw profiles of People from Facebook, Google and Microsoft, they all are Graduate from Top Universities. I know that Skills matter a Lot in Tech, but I am Confused. Please spend a some time on your Busy Schedule to send me a Replay.

    • @gurigraphics
      @gurigraphics 5 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      The confusion think that is:
      if("Top Universities"){
      return "High Position Job"
      }
      The reality is:
      if("you really love what you do")
      .then( "you want all the best courses")
      .then( "Top Universities can be a consequence")
      .then( "you know everyone in this area")
      .then( "High Position Job can be a consequence")
      That's why the majority High Position Job is from Top Universities:
      1- Network is usually more fundamental than study and skill.
      2- Another factor is that the Top Universities selects the best students.
      This generate the impression that the university produces the best students.
      3- A good course also forces you to improve more than you'd like.
      Most people do not have much "passion" nor "talent".
      On their own, they waste time with random distractions.
      They need a push. And the best courses and mentors do that.
      There are always several others variables.
      But there are always variables more relevant.
      For High Position Job: dealing with people and communication are among the top needs.
      But I will avoid "hunch" and "wall of text".
      Maybe now it's 1% clearer.

    Hello,
    I am from India and i am currently in class 12th. Now i have this very big doubt on weather i should take B.Tec in CSE or AI. I want to persue my career in AI and i will doing till PhD. What my parents thinks that i should take CSE for B.Tec, coz if i don't like AI then i would not be left with more options, and what my side is, that i just love AI, like i literally love it. So nowaday there are some colleges which offer a B.Tec course in AI. So i have compared the curriculums of Both AI and CSE and what i found is if yoh are clear that you want to do AI then definitely you should take AI in B.Tec. So i have this confusion of what to do in my B.Tec, can you please help me through this. It would be really a great help to me.
    My only consern is that if i take CSE then the topics like ML, AI, digital fabrication, AI and Humanity, DBMS, Computer networks, robotics, etc. I will miss this all as strong base, as direct in master i will be having less time, if i opt for AI then i have a preety good amount of time, and other side it's a wide spectrum open to me if i take CSE, so this is what my prospective is so what should i choose?

    How to get into the field of AI and which companies really hire AI engineers I wouldn't want to work on things like sentiment analysis or smart camera or any of the products that use AI for hype hope you get the point i would want to work on building agents that could interact with the world and show real intelligence could be cars dro es or robots I don't think machine learning or DL is concerned with reasoning as much as it is with patter recognition I'm currently in 12th and familiar with DL what should I do next year to position myself in such a way that i would have the skills necessary to build some form of AI is computer science a good choice ? or should I opt for mathematics
