Custom cheap 31 days grandfather clock convert with Hermle triple chime movement

- I get this clock from my auntie. I make custom of this grandfather clock,
before this it's use china 31 day movement, key wind type, when my auntie give it to me.
This movement always make the clock stops, when i touch a little, the clock stop ticking.
So i changed the movement to Hermle movement.
I'm use Hermle 1151-050 movement.
It's have triple chime, it plays Whittington, St. Michael and Westminster.
This clock have crown at the top, like two horn at the top,
one has been broke, so i cut it to make a flat like that.
The pendulum and dial i'm not change yet. I will change it soon.
The cost of this all parts more USD 250 include shipping cost.
If including new pendulum and new dial about USD 500 include shipping cost.
I've been working hard to make custom of this clock,
to make movement mounting, chime block mounting,
making custom side door and make lead weight from fishing weight.
Yeah I just got fooled myself about the inning arbors. I wondered why it has 2 not 3. But you added the hermle movement winding it by chains. Usually if has 2 winding holes or 2 weights it would strike the hour and once on the half hour either by striking gong r IBM bam/ting tang chimes. Well done on customizing the clock. Beautifyl piece of work..

I've never seen a quarter-chiming clock with only two winding holes, that's rare.
Snappyapple632 no. If you look closely they have nothing to do with the clock at all. It says this is a custom clock. The face will be from a half hour strike. If you look at the start of the video, this weights are on chains

I will buy new grandfather clock case soon.
Cost for new grandfather clock case is $1144 US including shipping cost.
For future or present reference look for a used one, especially on Facebook shopping groups. I am buying a $3500 (new cost) fully functioning, late model Ridgeway grandfather clock with cable drive, triple chimes, functioning moon dial in a gorgeous case for less that $400.

I have the movement, pendulum, chime rod, dial and hands but the pendulum can't use anymore.
You see the pendulum in this clock video, that is 31 day pendulum, i use it for temporary before the new pendulum arrived.
I already cut it and it's make more shorter, you can see the pendulum rod i have not cut it.
Grammar Mistake in description - "when I touch the clock a little, the clock is stop" should be "when I touch the clock a little,the clock stops".

That is for temporary case, i just cut at the top cause before the top has like two horn or crown at the top, one side has been broke when i get this clock, so i cut to make flat like that.
was it really necessary to chop off the top pediment just because the finial was broken?

Nope, that moon phase is fake.
I want to change clock dial with a real moon phase one, maybe next month.
The pendulum i already change the new one with big bob.
I will post this clock new video after i change the new dial.
