I always hear about how NASCAR drivers get into some of the worst crashes- have they ever seen sprint car racing? Good lord these guys take a beating! That Brad Sweet one in particular was horrific.
I worked as a safety crew for a dirt track. As hard as it is to believe most times the more they flip the better. The ones where they stop usually have more injuries including death. I have seen both from working at the tracks.

Roger Y or seatbelt, or common sense on Saftey but without them, wouldn’t be here today with the amount sprint cars have evolved

@@cadefennell3891 I can see that. Rolling dissipates the energy as a dead stop just puts stress and tear on your body
