Lenz thank you, it was my Do Not Disturb that was on. That's why I could not get any calls. I did not think of it until you mentioned it in your video. :)

Hi Walters, thnx for the video. I have some other issue maybe you will be able to assist. I have an ItelA60 Android 12 Go Edition. When my phone rings, I can't seem to reject the call while its ringing when I press the red phone handle. The phone just continues to ring till the call stops. What must or can I do here ? If anyone else is also reading this, and can perhaps assist me with this issue, please I will appreciate. Thnx Walters.

can you answer? clear data on the dialer should fix it unless there is a settings on it causing you not to reject
