- Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is a 2013 Indian biographical sports drama film directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra from a script written by Prasoon Joshi. The story is based on the life of Milkha Singh, an Indian athlete who was a Commonwealth Champion and ×2 400m Asian champion and an Olympian. It stars Farhan Akhtar in the titular role with Sonam K Ahuja, Divya Dutta, Meesha Shafi, Pavan Malhotra, Yograj Singh, Art Malik and Prakash Raj in supporting roles. Sports was coordinated by the American action director Rob Miller of ReelSports.

Nobody likes hearing it. But when you are aiming big, new relationships are nothing but distractions. For men and women both. I loved that Milkha Singh (though initially angry) took responsibility for it instead of berating that white woman. Many men conveniently blame women for their failings.

Disagreed, as many single people have succeeded in life, people with girlfriends and wives have succeeded , for example anand won the world chess champipmship in 2007 while married in 1996 and only became better after his marriage , he calls his wife his support system and that's a true thing , big people feel lonely too. Virat kohli is an example of that as well , just cause you're seeing a milkha excerpt from a video doesn't mean relationships are time waste is a fact , people can succeed regardless and it is very contextual person to person.

@@sombitmukhuti2660 I was talking about new relationships. When you make a new gf/bf, your mind is always occupied. You want to call/text/meet all the time. Once you're past that phase and get comfortable (spouse or partner for years), it becomes like any other relationship and doesnt distract.
And sex before or even 1-2 days before a game robs you off stamina. In new relationships, it is difficult to resist the pull, especially for people brought up in a sexually regressive societies.

Distribution of this movie worldwide is crap, you cannot watch it on prime, Netflix or buy on google play. It is good movie but the distribution is the worst. Than they upload scene by scene on this Chanel, I am willing to pay for this content but it is not available after 7 years of release, it insults a dead man’s wish who gave his story for 1 rupee so that he can motivate people by sharing story.
