Welcome to my neck of the woods! I'm actually from Chelan, another 1hour north. of Wenatchee. My daughter, 12 y/o, did the Wenatchee a week ago, her second time on it. So glad you enjoyed the area. There are tons of things to do here. Just a note, Ohme, does have a long e sound at the end. Also, the river that was mostly seen while at the gardens was the Columbia. You can see where the Wenatchee confluences with the Columbia but it's mostly the Columbia in the video. Hope you come back and enjoy the dry side of the state again!
That is so much fun you two! I went on the Deschutes in Oregon twice in one day! The small falls was kind of scary but we were all still in the boat at the bottom! Wish I could get my husband to do it, but since he can't swim it is probably not a good idea...lol :)
Omg that was amazing 👏 👏. 😍. Sam you should prepare your van with everything in it like a tiny house on wheels for your trips with Renae, it helps also not paying hotel if you guy's do. Experiment it first to see if you guy's like it or not, it's easy on the pocket. It's just my humble opinion Love to hear San talk your doing great 👍. I've always wanted to go whitewater rafting but so far haven't been... I knew of a couple of places that you could go but never thought about Washington for some reason (not sure why)... gonna have to add that one to my places to see bucket list... looked like y'all had fun (except for the bugs), which would definitely not be my favorite either...

Were those large buildings down by the freeway, storage buildings for apples?
Yes. Apple and other fruit sheds. We have lots of cherries and peaches grown in the area too.
