He uses full margin which is extremely risky. His brokers stop out level is most likely 50%. So his floating loss can be 49% of his used margin. I don’t think he does much calculations on these types of things since he never covers that part. If you are new to trading (which this question implies) I highly recommend to not try this strategy.
i agree with winzhao sometimes the market can goes sideways,sideways is still ok. the forex sometimes gets too volatile as to what happens in real world eg news,wars and nature disaster.
