Actually that screwdriver while filling Propane is to allow excess air to bleed off making room for the liquid propane. 😉 IF they don't it stops filling but in reality is not full. The way it works is open vent fill tank...excess air goes out while filling. When it starts to spit propane close it & it will fit one more gallon.
