Rahab Entered the 11th Chapter of Hebrews
I. The foundation of her faith.
faith was planted within her soul
Quickened by the Spirit
II. The nature of her faith.
A. It was a singular faith.
B. It was an active faith
C. It was a sanctifying one.
III. The reward of her faith. 6.22
1. "By faith Rahab was not perished with them that believed not."
2. But not only was Rahab, and the whole family, preserved from the burning of Jericho which immediately followed, but as Joshua 6:25 tells us, she "dwelt in Israel.“.
3. She was adopted into the family of God
4. She was given a place in the congregation of the Lord.
