She will come back. Moksh cant anyways end up with a chudail, he is human. Only way to end this is Shantanu's aatma should be released from Moksh's body and united with Nishigandha. And Moksh should end up with Deeya. Because if Moksh ends up with Nishi, he should die. If Moksh dies at the end, there is no meaning to the entire story because it was always about protecting Moksh.
I think this is just for the trp boost. Because people are liking Moksh and Nishi's chemistry. So they will let that go on for sometime and Deeya will surely be back
