Yea it does, the person that made bark mod menu stopped making mods and the last one he made that still works is the Christmas bark mod menu.

Did it show that when you tried opening monke mod manager? Make sure you have gorilla tag and steam vr installed on your computer through steam before opening monke mod manager.
