I really enjoy your videos. Your voice is calming. I've stalled so I'm now incorporating exercise to see if that helps. I did by the vibration plate you recommended, and I bought a small treadmill. I've hit a plateau and I've been stuck at 165 to 167. But this time I'm determined not to give up and your videos help. Have a blessed Sunday!!!
Awe thank you so much. I appreciate you. Yes, I agree with incorporating exercise. That and making sure you are drinking enough water. Intermittent fasting works for me too because I avoid eating too late. Also eating high protein foods. Sometimes the protein shakes cause me to gain.

😂 Awe. I've had so many infusions and treatments that insulin needles are least of my worries. They are gentle like butterfly ones. It's like that at first, but then it becomes routine and you no longer worry about that little prick.

Hi. Thank you so much. It was 67.8 lbs total during my previous update. I'll be putting up my week 49 update probably tomorrow.
What mg are you up to now? Do you think it’s more effective than the semaglutide?
Hi. I'm still on 10mg. I've been on this dose for about a month now. I lost 40 on Semaglutide and am getting towards about the same on Tirz. They are both effective to me. Starting off on Sema was definitely more affordable, though. Everyone's body is different. Some people lose better on one than the other. I stalled for nearly two months after switching to Tirz, then I started losing consistently again.
@@HeyImShic thanks for taking the time to reply. I’m a semaglutide for 2 months and have only lost 7lbs. I’m also very fatigued a couple days after the shot. Once I’m done with this months meds I may talk to my dr about switching.
@@melissaainey3966 I was very fatigued like that for about 3 days after mine on Sema too. I struggle with muscle weakness and fatigue already from MG, so I wasn't sure if it was the Sema or not. I go straight to sleep after my Tirz injection but the fatigue doesn't seem to last as long.
Does the peptides curb your cravings?
Yes, I've tried both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. I had no food noise with both. I have cravings here and there but can't eat much, so I allow myself to eat what I want. I do tend to favor lighter foods more than anything else. Also, I haven't been big on sweets or alcohol. I have had a cocktail or two occasionally, but can definitely do without it.

@LanaSanders-qd5tg You might want something sweet once in a while, but once your dose increases you won't desire them too often.
