Thx for showing the location of bootmgr file ,I have the same problem , so I remove the hdd from my laptop and plug it in my desktop as external drive and copy the bootmgr file from c drive and paste it to laptop drive,and remove and insert the hdd to laptop and boot and the error gone😉

RAM ki issue hoti h isme most of the time. Ek baar RAM ko clean kr thik se lagaye ye replace kr try kre install krne ka.
