AHHHH!” I’ve listened to this video probably over 1000 times in the last 3 years. It’s my go-to song for road trips, workouts, and introducing ting people to power metal. Dan has actually mentioned when talking about deciding to make music his full-time career that Fabio is one of his inspirations. He actually says how exciting it was to work with him. Now then, regarding Fearless, Dan's heavy metal band, a recent post by a sound/recording engineer discussing putting final touches on Fearless recordings leads me to believe new music is on the horizon since Chronicles of Ancient Wisdom has been out for a few years. Nothing more concrete at present but I know I'll be watching Dan's sites because the engineer's post makes no sense otherwise. 😉
I have seen him talk a little about this on a gamer podcast. His gamer friend Beardo is doing the narrating for it so it is a real thing. Also, there will be a new Manowar cover out this month from him.

Dan also got a great cover with Swedish singer Erik Grönwall, Breaking the silence. A cover from HEAT, where Erik was the vocalist. Now he’s the lead singer of Skid Row. Erik Grönwall are as good as Dan as a vocalist, but with a more gritty voice. And this song really shows their vocals. Both Dan and Erik has done a cover of Journey’s Fairhfully, and Eriks cover are in my opinion the best . More singing the song in his own way , it just sounds better. I rode a motorcycle to school because I was sick of getting parking tickets. It was a SUSUKI 125 enduro. I bought that because rode trails dunes and hills when I was not going to school. Being a girl, I figured that I would have to pick it up if I laid it down; hence, the 125. But I was a very aggressive rider off road. With Dan’s complete abandonment to the moment, I am again experiencing the thrill of muscling my motorcycle into places it should not have been able to go. VIDEO ONLY for Dan. Audio is a relic of the past.

I think many reactors (you for example), may well react more so knowing that it is also for entertainment. It is not that you are faking or over-reacting as much as it is a sensation of letting go; much like how you would react at a concert. The social filter is allowed to be turned off so emotions can just be free. The comfort you feel with your audience has allowed you to just truly be taken away by the music, as it should.

This was a great 10 mix, and Dan absolutely rocks 😀 And i could see you enjoyed this, by the way, ditching the chair was a good idea. Dan also got a great cover with Swedish singer Erik Grönwall, Breaking the silence. A cover from HEAT, where Erik was the vocalist. Now he’s the lead singer of Skid Row. Erik Grönwall are as good as Dan as a vocalist, but with a more gritty voice. And this song really shows their vocals. Both Dan and Erik has done a cover of Journey’s Fairhfully, and Eriks cover are in my opinion the best . More singing the song in his own way , it just sounds better. I rode a motorcycle to school because I was sick of getting parking tickets. It was a SUSUKI 125 enduro. I bought that because rode trails dunes and hills when I was not going to school. Being a girl, I figured that I would have to pick it up if I laid it down; hence, the 125. But I was a very aggressive rider off road. With Dan’s complete abandonment to the moment, I am again experiencing the thrill of muscling my motorcycle into places it should not have been able to go. VIDEO ONLY for Dan. Audio is a relic of the past.

Rhapsody was my gateway to metal as well.
I think many reactors (you for example), may well react more so knowing that it is also for entertainment. It is not that you are faking or over-reacting as much as it is a sensation of letting go; much like how you would react at a concert. The social filter is allowed to be turned off so emotions can just be free.
The comfort you feel with your audience has allowed you to just truly be taken away by the music, as it should.
That may be the best possible description I’ve had… and yes that is as it should be!
