thankyou! my memory is really bad but re-watching again and again and writing down the steps really helped me because i struggled to work out what you were doing. here are the steps in case it helps anyone else...
1) long press power button to turn on
2) place pan with water on one of the hobs
3) press the 4 hob buttons individually
4) lift finger up to camera and press the bottom left one one more time which seems to turn it off
5) long press power to turn on
6) long press lock button to unlock

So, the solution, after 10 my trying 😛, is: be kind and gently with electronic, witch means: 1. START button push little longer, but gentle, then go to KEY button, the same Principe. L letter must be all the time and then just don't wait to long, press the cyrcle that you need it, and then +!
