he's one cool guy, you never hear of him making trouble, high on drugs, getting arested, etc. he is a talented guy with clsas.i hope he keeps going for a long time
@@Iddqd328 ??? This comment didnt even age well the moment it was written. Morrissey is literally known for stirring up trouble, hence songs like ''Bigmouth strikes again'', lol.
What I love is that before this Morrissey was on a hiatus he did not ask for, he was making songs like 'Now I Am A Was' talking about how he worked his way down from the top. He genuinely felt he'd never reach the success of The Smiths again. If you read the note he left on the updated version of Southpaw Grammar, he wrote about worrying about his voice, how it didn't have enough variety in pitch and couldn't reach the listener. His anxiety about the initial album cover as well. Then You Are The Quarry comes out and he's back! It rivals his work in The Smiths and launches back to the top. This must have been a real high for him. I love circa 2004 Mozza.
His lyrics are not that difficult to understand. Brilliant yes but not difficult. What sets him apart is full use of the dictionary as opposed to just what he is trying to say. This means he appeals to a wider audience that arent after a 3min simple fix
I love Morrissey and I dont care what anybody thinks about me or my sexuality. I feel sorry for anybody who doesnt have an antenna for his amazing songs and lyrics.
Me encanta esta cancion... nunca me canso de escucharla... y estoy de acuerdo: una de las mejores del maestro Morrissey!!! I love this song... i never get tired of it... and i agree: one of the best of the genius Morrissey!!!
I did. What a let down. He played 30 min in Lawrence, KS. Very uninterested. Left immediately. Wouldn't shake hands or anything. Maybe he was having a bad night. IDK? I'm still here listening to him, though.
Irish get very big like old lions. He was once effit. Now he looks like an Irish builder in a bar at 6,30 on a Friday. i wouldn't like to fight him as Costner said.
I had a chance to see him last year at a club in niagara falls, ny. a short drive from my house. this venue holds about 400 people max. I couldnt get off from work, the show sold out in 2 hours. hope he returns to western NY area before I die.
class Mozz B-side! Fine song as good as most of his A sides! This was up second at the Who Put the M in Manchester return gig to Manchester on his birthday May 2004 !! Cracking.
I am not ambiguous with my sexuality, as a matter of fact I am strait. That doesn't mean I can't say I love Morrissey or say I love his music. Most people imply that he is gay and as much as it doesn't even matter, seeing how much happiness he brings people, no it matters none. Love you Morrissey!!
I am about to make the diehard fans a little upset, the quality is really good but i CAN'T stand it when a band can't even play their own song like the ORIGINAL, that works me!!!! I listened to Morrisey and The Smiths through high school and still a little today and I even got to see Morrissey live so I am not just some guy who found this video and made this comment.
god i love this song,it makes totally sense to me....ur just too busy......lalalala,go moz,he makes me feel normal and i like that,it's nice for a change....

Yeah he's a old fart now and his voice is not like a spring chicken anymore. I am also a very old fart, but a quarter of a century listening the greatest music icon of all time as kept me going. Long live Morrissey!!!

a rather smooth-talented vocalists! Very Interesting POV...!!! Don't cha agree? (everything is gonna be juss lovely...! Mick "the lip" Jagger and The Roliing Stones.
Dresses sometimes like a lounge lizard, and when you're expecting sweet syrupy lyrics he delivers vinegar. But bitter and cynical never tasted soooooo good!
lol no the band is totally different, the only ones from this line up that are still there is Boz and Moz himself (alain still writes music, doesnt perform). Now theres Matt Walker on drums, Solomon Walker on Bass, Chris Pooley on keyboards and Jesse on guitar. I much prefer the new version, just swap Pooley back for Mikey and it'd be perfect
+Kevin LaFrance Sorry, you are outdated. Not barely, as you suppose, but every year we receive great bands and singers here in Brazil. Today e.g. the Rolling Stones will play in São Paulo, Iron Maiden in April. Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza, Monsters of Rock and other outstanding concerts have lineups just like Metallica, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, AC/DC, Motorhead etc. Morrissey as well. And we do know the words, even tough english is not our mother language; watch some live concerts recorded here and you'll hear the croud singing together.
I wouldn't have been able to survive this far without Morrissey. He is the King of the Misfits.

He stole it from Roger Daltry. I'm old enough to remember .

Haha love how much he changes up the words on his songs live, it makes it feel original and special each time.
Agreed. What's the funniest one of this u heard?
Stoned around Sloane Square...
“Her ipod started to melt”
"I am depressed but remarkably dressed, that's all I need". Brilliant!

2:34 is one of my favorite parts in any song he's ever sung. Just beautiful.
zfan2591 good shout, every time i listen to Bona Drag it gets better
morrisey lets me relive the times i had with my beloved and very dear cousin Alexander Salvador Moran Who passed away very suddenly. Thanx Morrisey
How amazing is the bit where he goes 'Save me, save me, Saaaaavvvvvveeeeeeeeeeee'
Unbeatable.
Boz Boorer is killing it here
I think those of us who "get" him have been blessed. This man is one of the best lyricists ever..
His lyrics are not that difficult to understand. Brilliant yes but not difficult. What sets him apart is full use of the dictionary as opposed to just what he is trying to say. This means he appeals to a wider audience that arent after a 3min simple fix
The true humorist of his time. It's like he's the ringleader of the best inside joke known to man...
I also believe this to be one of Moz's best songs, though overlooked by many.
I was at this show. Even 12 years later it's still one of my favourite gigs ever.
19 years later, hope you're well
great performance
Love his Voice👏👏👏
This Concerts Great Ive Got It On DVD
And This Is A Great Song By Morrissey And Wonderfully Performed I Dont I Can Ever Get Tired Of This Song!!!
even when his lyrics are tongue and cheek he still sings with such serious passion.
One of moz greatest songsss !!!!!
I love Morrissey and I dont care what anybody thinks about me or my sexuality. I feel sorry for anybody who doesnt have an antenna for his amazing songs and lyrics.
No one cares about how you feel about how others feel about your meaningless sexuality.
Love, love, love, love Morrissey!
I love his trademark microphone whip!
lovely... he makes me swoon.
this backing band wipes the floor with the one he's currently playing with.
So melancholy.. so many layers of meaning
I love how he tells Alain he is "really good" right at the beginning since he knows Alain Whyte won't be playing with him much longer
Love Alains Solo......
Comem back Alain.

I always love his live versions of Moz songs since he changes the lyrics up. They're usually even funnier live. :D
I love how he changes the lyrics of his songs when he performs live...

Why do Brazilians have musical taste unquestionably superior to we here in the States? By example, The Ramones drew 60,000 in Rio.
