What's more amazing to me than you living the van life is the quality of your film making. Some film makers with a nice sized budget can't come this close. Always so impressed.

My ultimate bucket list wish is to live in a van with my dog. Travel all over the United States. Especially up in Washington State. And it’s mainly for the freedom & from watching Chad & Living the Van Life. I’m learning so much from this channel. I love his cooking & adventures really are inspiring.

@@markhunt840 I too am a disabled camper, not "van life", but pickup life. I have considered trying to do some videos geared more towards the disabled. I figure even if a person is so disabled they are no longer able to do it, they would still enjoy videos. Also, I have a hunch that many disabled people wonder how they would manage with camping. As for the steak, his cooking looks as good as his videos.

I lived the van life for four years, mostly after a serious car accident. Doing well now but i miss that feeling your videos bring my way:) I know these mountain areas in this video-- no joke in the wintertime! They halt traffic for avalanche control!!

Good to see you're ok Chad, these fires have been absolutely devastating to people and the wildlife, I haven't seen the sunshine in 7 days except thru heavy smoke and everything is covered in ash, it's awful, thanks for the video it was awesome as always! can't wait until Mt. Jason, two comments. If you use propane a lot, look into Flame King. I just started and it’s both easy to fill and costs about a buck per tank. Second comment, place your metal plate on top of the cooking pan as you get ready to plate. It creates a hot surface keeping your dinner that much hotter. Love the felt hat. Cheers, Skillet

I'm jealous! Yes, it is allot of work, but how you live is so relaxing, laid back, and it has the feeling of total freedom. Life has too much repetitiveness in every day life. Day to day doing the same thing over and over and what you do, it would be very enjoyable. Be safe and keep making videos, we really enjoy them!

Chad, can't belive you'd rather go for a Sprinter than a Syncro. The day you drive a diesel Syncro in the back country you change your mind. Forget about the automobile, diesel Syncros are heavy duty machinery.
Love your videos. Always so very relaxing and chill. I'm also extremely impressed if you do all your film making yourself. That's a huge effort just to place cameras and drive back down the road so you can come back and drive-by to film it, and then keep going back again down the road to get the camera. Also the drone shots. No idea how you can drive whilst taking some of them shots at the same time. It's real hard to believe nobody is helping you, but great film making all the same. Would love a video on all the camera gear you use.
