Have you seen the 1994 game "Quarantine" by chance? It's a bit like carmageddon, but instead of racing you're a cab driver in a dystopian future where you need to shoot people etc. It's kind of cyberpunk, by the fact that it's a dystopian future, and the soundtrack is punk music, but it's not cyberpunk in the transhumanist fashion.
Re the sports fan costume, I'm picturing the type of English football fan that is almost definitely racist with the st George's cross painted on his face or chest... but in the podcast colors, so pink and blue triangle, an aggressively bisexual podcast hooligan wearing a pride flag as a cape
